Our waitstaff members are not only skilled in serving food and beverages, but they are also excellent conversationalists. We take great pride in delivering outstanding service that goes above and beyond your expectations. For your convenience, please note that if your event is three hours long, we recommend adding an extra hour for set-up and clean-up. This allows us to efficiently prepare the dining area and leave it spotless, ensuring you can fully enjoy your event without any time constraints. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, 50% is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs within 14 days before the event, the remaining balance will be due and payable in full. Changes to the Booking: Any changes to the booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability and pricing adjustments. In the event of cancellation, 50% of the payment made is refundable 30 days prior to the date of the event scheduled. If the cancellation occurs within 14 days before the event, 100% of the payment made is non-refundable. Liability: CREM Bartending assumes no liability for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injury to persons on the premises. Insurance: CREM Bartending carries General liability insurance, but it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have adequate insurance coverage for their event. Disputes: Any disputes arising from the services provided by CREM Bartending will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. By making this payment, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
